DirecTV illegally bills for an incorrect amount of taxes on shipping charges, a class action claims in Los Angeles Superior Court.

While attempting to collect a debt, an employee at the Bureau of Collection Recovery allegedly poked fun at Tyler Skarda's voice. Skarda explained that he was gay, and the employee shot back, "Well, pay your bill you fucking faggot," Skarda claims in Wisconsin Federal Court.
