Nomura Global Financial Products says in New York County Court that it mistakenly paid Lehman Bros. 58 million euros ($81.3 million) after Lehman filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15. It wants it back. Aeterno Masters Fund made a similar complaint against Lehman, involving $14 million.
