Clark Worldwide Transportation Systems and Evergreen Express Lines billed for fraudulent fuel charges, a class action claims in Trenton Federal Court.

A state-appointed receiver accuses these defendants of running a $4 million Ponzi scheme, known as the Villages at Penland: Luis G. Castillo, Luis G. Castillo Inc., Offices and Services Inc., Shine Fine Jewelry LLC, and Rina S. Castillo, in Wake County, N.C., Court.
