ATTORNEYS - A referee recommended that attorney Kristine Valentine-Miller be suspended for three years for violating a litany of professional regulations, such as failing todiligently pursue clients' cases and mishandling trust money. The state Supreme Court rejected the recommendation and disbarred defendant because she stole client money and abandoned the client. "Such misconduct cannot be mitigated by lack of experience," the courtwrote.See ruling.
