Color Me Mine Enterprises v. Southern States Marketing; Peachtree Playthings

Southern States Marketing directed its subsidiary Peachtree Playthings to use the "Color Me Mine" name on products sold by defendant merchants, including Wal-Mart, Walgreen and Target, though that phrase is trademarked by the do-it-yourself art company of the same name, a complaint states.
