BATON ROUGE (CN) – A student at Louisiana Technical College shot to death two fellow students in February, the father and sisters of the late Karshieka Pinketta Graves claim in East Baton Parish Court. The college’s negligence allowed Latina Williams to shoot to death two fellow students on Feb. 8, Graves’ survivors say. They are represented by Edward Walters Jr.
