College Knew Its Dean Was A Serial|Sexual Harasser, Woman Says

SAN JOSE (CN) - West Valley-Mission Community College District hired Ernie Smith as Dean of Student Services though it knew he had been suspended without pay for sexually harassing women while dean at West Hills CC, a woman claims. She says Smith sexually pawed her, forced his tongue into her mouth and threatened to "kill her and her children" if she complained of it. She demands punitive damages in Santa Clara County Court.
