College Junked Key Piece, Sculptor Claims

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - Sculptor Michael Hunt Stolbach claims Albright College destroyed his work, "We the People, We the Gay People of the United States," a papier mache mixed-media piece of a mummy covered with obituaries of AIDS victims inside a house made from the U.S. Constitution. He claims the college violated federal laws by destroying the piece after refusing to reply to his inquiries for a decade.

Stolbach is represented in Federal Court by James Pagliaro with Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
