Coca-Cola Accused Of False Advertising

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A class-action complaint accuses Coca-Cola of selling "Fuze" drinks and lip gloss with false claims that the drinks, and even the lip gloss, "helps consumers 'slenderize' ... helps consumers 'energize' ... causes weight loss ... can assist in weight loss ... increases metabolism ... causes weight loss in the hips ... has caused 'Hollywood stars' to lose weight."

Also sued in Superior are Fuze Beverage, Too Faced Cosmetics, and Sephora USA.
