Shareholders say Coca-Cola Enterprises, a bottler and distributor, is selling itself too cheaply to its controlling shareholder, Coca-Cola Co., in a self-dealing stock swap that will leave CCE shareholders holding "stock that will be worth considerably less than the shares they currently own," in a class action in Fulton County Superior Court, Atlanta.
