Coal Ash

WASHINGTON - Appalachian Voices and 10 other environmental groups asked the Federal Court to order EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson to do her nondiscretionary -and 17-years-delayed - duty to update regulations on disposal of coal ash, "one of the largest and most toxic solid waste streams in the nation."
