HOUSTON (CN) - A former youth football coach abandoned his team in the We Play Football league in order to coach in a competing league, but took the name "Klein Bengals" with him, the league claims in Harris County Court.
Northwest Harris County Youth Sports, doing business as We Play Football, seeks an injunction to prevent Dean Meyers from confusing children and their parents by trying to recruit players for the new "Klein Bengals" of the All American Youth Football and Drill Team Association.
