CO poisoning in Ford cop car?

SAN ANTONIO — A police officer in Universal City, Texas, will proceed with his lawsuit against Ford Motor Company filed after a civilian found the officer unconscious and unresponsive inside his idling 2019 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor, which allegedly leaked a dangerous amount of carbon monoxide into the cabin. Design defects might be the cause of the leak, so Ford could not win summary judgment on the claims.
