Climate change

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of the Cottonwood Environmental Law Center’s complaint alleging the National Environmental Policy Act required the U.S. Forest Service to supplement an environmental impact report for Montana’s Gallatin National Forest after the agency developed regulations recognizing climate change that “necessitated updates to forest plans.”
