MANHATTAN (CN) - A woman claims CC Match knew it was going out of business before it placed an ad for its matchmaking services in New York Magazine, under the name "Catherine's Connections." She demands $2,000, alleging fraudulent inducement.
Helene Sherman sued CC Match, Deborah Maisel aka Livingston, Steven Vass aka Steven Vass Jr., The Estate of Kate McCabe, CC Date, and KSMP Date. She is represented in New York County Court by Victor Serby.
