Client-Seeking Attorney Defamed Him|On ‘Hot Line,’ Chiropractor Says

SEATTLE (CN) - A chiropractor claims an attorney defamed him by publishing an ad asking "former patients ... willing to share their experiences" to call a "hot line" number, at which a recorded message stated that the chiropractor "cares more about profit than patient well being."

Jack Tsong, who runs Woodway Chiropractic, claims Seattle attorney Richard A. Bergh's "lengthy telephone message" is defamatory, and violates consumer law. Tsong demands treble damages, retraction and an apology.

He is represented in King County Court by John Tibbs with Freise & Welchman.
