LAS VEGAS (CN) - A former clerk in the Juvenile Court has sued the Lyon County District Court and Fernley Justice Court for discrimination, retaliation and constructive discharge, claiming that Judge Stephen Grund "regularly and visibly spoke to Plaintiff's breasts ... would regularly and blatantly take seats with the goal of looking down Plaintiff's blouse ... (and) asked plaintiff whether she was wearing underwear," among other offensive acts. She claims that when she complained of the judge's actions, her supervisor told her, "He's on so many medications he probably doesn't realize how he sounds." See the federal complaint.
