Clear Channel Host Called Offensive

PORTLAND, Ore. (CN) - Clear Channel "personality" Paul Linnman groped a co-worker's butt and then licked his lips as he stared at her breasts, the woman claims in court.

Kailee Kinney sued Clear Channel Broadcasting and Paul Linnman in Multnomah County Court.

Kinney is a producer and account executive, according to her LinkedIn page.

Linnman is "Clear Channel's main spokesperson and on-air personality for

'Morning Update with Paul Linnman,'' Kinney says in her demand for $325,000.

She claims that Linnman "came up behind plaintiff and groped her buttocks, a sexually intimate part of her body. Linnman used an open palm to slap Plaintiff's buttocks and then grabbed and squeezed plaintiff's buttocks."

That same day, she says, "Linnman approached plaintiff for a second time, stating, 'l should apologize but that black dress ... you look great in that black

dress.' Linnman licked his lips and stared at plaintiff's breasts as he made this

comment to plaintiff."

Kinney says she found this offensive.

She seeks damages for assault and battery, and respondeat superior. She is represented by Ashley Bannon with Gilroy & Napoli, of Lake Oswego.
