Clean Water Act

The Pascua Yaqui Tribe and five other tribes across the nation sued U.S. EPA administrator Andrew Wheeler and the Army Corps of Engineers in federal court for changing the Navigable Waters and Repeal rules of the Clean Water Act to the detriment of the tribes.
