Clean water

WASHINGTON — A federal judge found that seven environmental organizations have standing to challenge the Environmental Protection Agency's rush during the final days of the Trump administration to transfer Clean Water Act permitting authority from the Army Corps of Engineers to the State of Florida in late 2020.
