Class Sues Target Over Bottle Returns

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A federal RICO class action claims Target illegally advertises bottled drinks without mentioning the cost of the bottle deposit (Cash Refund Value), and illegally refuses to inform customers that they can redeem the empty containers at a Target store if there is no recycling center within one-half mile.

Plaintiffs in this 111-page lawsuit demand damages and an injunction. They are represented by Arnold Regardie.
