Class Sues SW Airlines Over Inspections

SAN ANTONIO (CN) - Southwest Airlines operated 61,451 commercial flights with planes that had not been inspected for cracked fuselages and defective tail rudders, a class-action complaint claims in Federal Court. Plaintiffs say the passengers on those flights, from June 2006 to March 2008, should have got reduced price tickets, at least.
