Class Sues Mazda Over Door Locks

VANCOUVER, B.C. (CN) - Mazda 3 cars are prone to break-ins because of defective locks, and Mazda failed to warn customers despite widespread reports of it, a class action claims in British Columbia Supreme Court. Plaintiffs claim the problem is so widespread that Mazda offers a free fix to customers who demand it, but did not issue a recall or warn other customers.
