Class Sues Citicorp Over Flight Insurance

QUEENS, N.Y. (CN) - Citicorp Insurance Services repeatedly bills $13 for flight insurance each time a customer changes flight details, including upgrades, new itineraries, new flight dates, and "any transaction that referred to 'travel,'" though the $13 is supposed to be charged only for new flights, a class action claims in Queens County Court.

Named plaintiff Mark Frankel is represented by Harry Katz of Fresh Meadows, N.Y.

Here are the defendants: Citicorp Insurance Services, Citicorp Visa, Citicorp Mastercard, and Citibank.
