Class Says Wrigley Makes Bogus Claims

FORT LAUDERDALE (CN) - Wrigley sells "Eclipse" gum with false claims that its "natural ingredient," magnolia bark extract, is "scientifically proven to help kill the germs that cause bad breath," a class action claims in Federal Court.

Plaintiffs are represented by Jonathan Stein with Coughlin, Stoia Geller of Boca Raton.
