Class Says Aramark Condones Racism

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Aramark, a uniform-rental company, forces employees to work off the clock and during lunch breaks, fires them if they file for workers' compensation or if they get old, and condones racist behavior, according to a federal class-action lawsuit.

One named plaintiff says Aramark bosses turned a blind eye after white co-workers urinated on uniforms he was supposed to deliver, and did not discipline the white men even though one let a note in the plaintiff's locker stating, "We will get you fired spook."
