Class of Women Sue Dell

AUSTIN (CN) - Dell discriminates against female employees in pay, promotions and opportunities and retaliates if they complain of this sexual discrimination and harassment, a class action claims in Federal Court.

Lead plaintiff Jill Hubley, who was a senior strategist in Dell's HR Department in Round Rock, Texas, is represented by lead counsel Geoffrey Weisbart with Hance Scarborough.
