Class Of Customers Says|Ticketmaster Cheated Them

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A federal class action accuses Ticketmaster and Entertainment Publications of cheating online customers by enrolling them in an unwanted coupon offer, the "Entertainment Rewards Program," and billing their credit cards $7 to $9 a month for it. Plaintiffs say they get billed for several months before they hear what's happened.

Also sued in IAC/Interactive Corp. Plaintiffs say they are bilked after they buy tickets from Ticketmaster online. This gives the defendants access to their credit-card number.

The class is represented by Dreier Stein Kahan.
