The class period begins June 1, 2004 and includes all Illinois citizens who cashed a check at any Supervalu store for a fee greater than 50 cents or 1 percent of the face value of the check. Supervalu stores include Shop N Save, Save-A-Lot, Acme, Albertsons, Biggs Bristol Farms, Cub, Farm Fresh, Hornbacher's, Jewel-Osco, Shaw's/Star Market and Shoppers.
