Class Claims Mercury Casualty Cheats

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Mercury Casualty Co. charges extra for a "no excess, no reimbursement" medical policy, by which it promises not to demand reimbursement or offset for injured customers who receive money from any third parties responsible for the accident - but then demands reimbursement anyway, a class action claims in Superior Court.
