Class Claims AT&T Cheats On Fees

OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - AT&T defrauds customers by charging them "early termination" fees even if they cancel services after the term of their contracts expired, a class action claims in Oklahoma County Court. The named plaintiff, a business, also says AT&T never informed it there were early termination fees.

Plaintiffs are represented by Larry Tawwater.
