SAN FRANCISCO – A federal judge Thursday certified a class of shareholders who claim Magnachip Semiconductor goosed its stock price through a “wide-ranging accounting fraud … fabricated sales, kickbacks, recognition of revenue for products that had not been manufactured, and channel stuffing.”
