Class Action Settlement

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge preliminarily approved settlement of a class-action from employees of PVH Corp., which owns the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands.

The second amended settlement does not mention dollar amounts. U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh last year rejected a $1.85 million settlement as insufficient.
