MANHATTAN (CN) - Repex Ventures filed a class action against Bernard Madoff and a long list of his creatures and associates. This 27-page federal filing recapitulates the years of warnings that reputable analysts and reporters gave the SEC, which did little or nothing as Madoff allegedly ran his $50 billion Ponzi scheme.

Madoff Investment Securities, Bank Medici S.A., Sonja Kohn, Peter Scheithauer, Herald USA Fund, Herald Luxemburg Fund, Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Unicredit S.A., Primeo Select Funds, Pioneer Alternative Investments, Thema International Fund PLC, Ernst & Young LLP, and HSBC Holdings PLC.
