MANHATTAN (CN) - Twenty-two plaintiffs have sued three law firms - Milberg Weiss LLP; Stull Stull & Brody Schiffrin Barroway Topaz & Kessler LLP; and Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP - in a dispute over two multibillion-dollar class actions against CA and its former executives Charles Wang and Sanjay Kumar. The defendant law firms are accused of fattening themselves with $40 million in legal fees in the $110 million settlement, giving plaintiffs only pennies on the dollar. See complaint.
