Class-Action Claims Defects In Sony Vaio

SAN DIEGO (CN) - Sony's Vaio PCG laptops have defective power cords that cause the computers to shut down, fail to charge and short circuit, a class-action complaint claims in Superior Court. Class counsel Houman Fakhimi of Santa Ana claims Sony knows the defect has affected "thousands of Vaio PCG laptops," but conceals it and refuses to warn consumers. See complaint.
