Class Action Accuses Gap Of Cheating

LOS ANGELES (CN) - The Gap cheated customers and competed unfairly by promising a $20 gift certificate for customers who spent $60 at a Gap store, but then refusing to redeem it unless the customer spent another $60, a class-action complaint claims in Superior Court. Plaintiffs are represented by Ridout & Lyon of Long Beach.
