Class Action Accuses Comcast| Of Blocking Customers’ Internet Services

OAKLAND, CALIF. (CN) - Comcast defrauds consumers by advertising its Internet services as "lightning fast" and "mind-blowing" speed, but intentionally slowing to crawl or blocking altogether some Internet applications, including file sharing and Lotus Notes, a class-action complaint claims in Alameda County Court.
