Class Action Accuses Bumbo And Target| Of Selling Dangerous Baby Seats

OAKLAND, CALIF. (CN) - A federal class-action complaint accuses Bumbo of making and Target of selling defective baby seats that injure babies. Defendants are accused of deceptively pushing the seats by showing babies sitting in them at tables and elsewhere, then warning purchasers that they should only put babies in them on the floor, but the babies fall out and hurt themselves even on the floor.
