Bruce Lisker sued the Los Angeles Police Department in Federal Court, claiming he spent 26 years in prison after being framed for murdering his mother, "based on false and fabricated evidence."

A man claims he spent 2 years in prison because the California Department of Justice falsely listed him as a sex offender, and accused him of failing to register, in San Diego Superior Court.
