In violation of a federal consent decree, and for no particular reason, a Cincinnati cop Tasered a woman who had been a passenger in a car, and was kneeling on the ground, as ordered; then he pressed false charges against her, which were dismissed, and he was fired, she claims in Cincinnati Federal Court.
