A husband and wife claim Mojave County allowed Sen. John McCain's staff to pass out flyers at a "town hall meeting" for McCain but did not let them pass out flyers criticizing McCain's voting record, claiming that "some of their freedom of speech rights were null and void on county property," in a constitutional complaint in Prescott, Ariz., Federal Court.
