Dylan Stevens sue the Clay County (Mo.) Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, et al., in federal court, claiming it wrongfully prosecuted and incarcerated him for 17 years after falsely labeling him a “child molester” because while he was 18 and in jail he <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Civil-rights.pdf"><strong>exchanged love letters</strong></a> with his 15-year-old girlfriend.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Dylan Stevens claims in a federal complaint that he was wrongfully prosecuted by Clay County, Missouri, and incarcerated for 17 years after falsely labeling him a “child molester” because while he was 18 and in jail he exchanged love letters with his 15-year-old girlfriend.
