Cops for the City of Florence, Ala. shot a man with a Taser in his own home as they searched for a man who was already in jail, Isaiah Coffee claims in Florence Federal Court.

In responding to a domestic violence call, Dona Ana County sheriff's deputy Carlos Montoya shot Megan Dylan Causey in the neck, then shot him with a Taser and watched him die, while preventing his mother, a registered nurse, from helping him, the trustee of Causey's minor son claims in Albuquerque District Court.
