City of Austin police officer Thomas O'Connor assaulted, battered and Tasered a guy, in front of his mother, on Thanksgiving, for driving 5 mph over the limit, Eugene Snelling claims in Austin Federal Court. His mother also sued.

The Comite de la Trabajadores de la Catorce y Adams de Brownsville, Texasclaims the City of Brownsville is unconstitutionally threatening to arrest them and prohibiting them from advertising their availability for work, on a public street corner, in Brownsville Federal Court.
