Five people claim the Commonwealth of Massachusetts violated their civil rights by preventing them from protesting within 35 feet of entrances to reproductive health care clinics, in Boston Federal Court.

A student claims the Penn Manor School District violated his civil rights by prohibiting him from wearing to school a "patriotic" T-shirt with the message, "Lifetime License United States Terrorist Hunting Permit - Permit No. 91101 - Gun Owner - No Bag Limit," in Philadelphia Federal Court.
