     Middlesex County, N.J., unconstitutionally strip searches people at its jail for minor and non-indictable offenses, a class-action complaint claims in Trenton Federal Court. 

     Michael Foht, an itinerant preacher, claims a Village of Kewaskum ordinance unconstitutionally prohibits him from leaving religious pamphlets on the doors of people’s homes and under the windshields of their cars, in Milwaukee Federal Court.
