Waxahachie High School unconstitutionally punished a student for wearing a "John Edwards '08" T-shirt, said it would punish him again if he wore it again, and on another occasion punished him for dressing in black, claiming it was prohibited "gothic attire," the student, Paul Palmer, claims in Dallas Federal Court.
