The Boise Rescue Mission unconstitutionally forced residents who lived there during court-ordered drug rehab to participate in fundamentalist Christian rites in which they do not believe, including "laying on of hands," forced them to abjure their Mormon faith, forced them to participate in a political demonstration, and sent to jail people who refused, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council claims in Boise Federal Court.
