The Travis County Exposition Center was not built to accommodate people in wheelchairs, claims Jennifer McPhail, who said she spent 45 minutes searching for an elevator at the Texas Democratic Convention. She sued the county for violation of the Architectural Barriers Act in Travis County Court.
